Which apps do I actually pay for?+
Only two: Punchly and CRM. Payroll, Expenses, and Assets are bundled into Punchly at no extra cost. People, Announcements, Knowledge, Helpdesk, Assessments, and Settings are free in every workspace.
Is payroll charged separately?+
No. Payroll is part of Punchly. If you pay for a Punchly seat, that user gets payroll, expenses, and assets with it.
What is a free credit?+
1 free credit gives 1 user access to 1 app for 30 days. Every paid app comes with 5 free credits on signup. The clock only starts when you assign the credit — not when you sign up.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?+
Yes. You can switch to annual billing anytime from your workspace billing settings. The annual rate takes effect immediately.
What happens when a free credit expires?+
That user loses access to the app. You can assign another free credit if you have remaining ones, or purchase a paid subscription.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly with no hidden fees.
Is a GST invoice available?+
Yes. Tax-compliant GST invoices are generated for every payment and available in your billing settings.
